The processing operations connected to the web services of this site take place at the aforementioned registered office of the Company and are only handled by technical personnel in charge of processing. In case of need, the data connected to the newsletter service can be processed by the staff of the company that takes care of the maintenance of the technological part of the site which is Actionet srl (responsible for data processing pursuant to Article 29 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data and pursuant to Article 28 of the EU Regulation 2016/679), at the company's headquarters.

No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated.

The personal data provided by users who request dispatch of informative material (mailing lists, newsletters, answers to questions, etc.) are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or provision requested and are not communicated to third parties.

Types of data processed

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment.

Data retention times:

For administration, accounting, orders, budgeting and the entire production flow, assistance and maintenance, shipping, billing, services, management of any disputes: 10 years as required by law by the provisions of art. 2220 of the Civil Code, subject to any delayed payments of the fees that justify the extension;

For data provided voluntarily by the user for general information request activities, institutional newsletter registration, and for other non-commercial purposes: up to the complete fulfillment of the service or until revocation by the interested party.

Rights of interested parties

The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or the rectification (ex Article 7 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data and pursuant to articles 15-22 EU Reg. 2016/679).

Pursuant to the same article, one has the right to request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment.
